1. The Warm-Up 🏃♂️
Stair Workout
Clear your head and warm up the legs for lifting.
2. Traeger Grill (Move In) 🥩
Vacuum Internals
Remove grates, drip tray, and heat baffle. Vacuum the
firepot
(the small cup where pellets burn) and the barrel bottom.
Wipe Down
Degrease the shelf, hopper lid, and grease chute.
Empty Hopper
Scoop out pellets.
Why?
This prevents pellets from spilling inside if the grill tilts, and reduces weight by ~20 lbs.
Move Inside
Watch the grease bucket holder—it sticks out!

A. Whirlpool Side-by-Side (Removal Prep)
1. Remove Base Grille
Open both doors. Grab the plastic kick plate at the bottom and pull straight out. It snaps off.
2. Disconnect Water Line (Tricky!)
Find the white tube connection near the left hinge.
The "Collet" Trick:
Do not yank! Push the small plastic ring (collet)
IN
towards the connector, hold it there, and
then
pull the tube
OUT
.
3. Remove Top Hinges
Pry off plastic covers. Use
5/16" hex driver
to remove the 3 screws per hinge.
4. Lift Doors Off
Lift freezer door straight up first (carefully feed the water tube through the hinge hole!). Then lift fridge door.
B. Samsung French Door (Move Inside)
1. Remove "Table" Cover
Unscrew the 3-4 Phillips screws on the top plastic cover. Lift it off.
2. Disconnect Wiring
On the left hinge:
Unplug the white wire harnesses (press tab & pull).
Unscrew the green ground wire (Phillips).
3. Remove Top Hinges
Rotate the metal lever UP to unlock (or unscrew if older model). Pull hinge straight out.
4. Lift Top Doors
Lift straight up off the mounting pins. Set aside on a blanket.
5. Remove Freezer Drawer (Detailed)
1. Open fully. Remove the white bin/basket.
2. Find the 10mm bolts (or Phillips screws) on the
inside
of the rails (usually 2 per side). Remove them.
3. Grab the front door panel. Lift
UP
to unhook tabs, then pull forward.
4. House Updates 🏠
A. Hang Drapes (Sun+Blk)
1. Mark Measurements
Height:
Mark 4-6" ABOVE the window frame (for blackout).
Width:
Mark 4-8" OUT past the frame (prevents side light gaps).
2. Drill Holes
Use stud finder first.
If Stud:
Use 1/8" bit. Screw bracket directly in.
If Drywall:
Use 1/4" bit. Tap anchor in with hammer. Screw bracket into anchor.
3. Hang
Put rod in brackets. Tighten set screws. Slide grommets on.
B. Install Onn. Doorbell (Plug-In Method)
1. Drill Pass-Through
Use the
Long Bit
. Drill from the inside out (or outside in) all the way through the wall/frame so the wire can pass.
2. Run Wire
Feed the thin wire from your plug-in transformer through the hole to the outside.
Warning:
Do not plug the transformer into the outlet yet!
3. Connect Wiring
Loosen the two screws on the back of the Onn doorbell. Wrap one wire around each screw (hook shape). Tighten down.
4. Mount & Seal
Snap doorbell onto backplate. Put a dab of silicone where the wire enters the wall to stop water.
5. Power Up
Plug the transformer into the indoor outlet. Open App to finish setup.
